Designed to be used in structural applications with Grade-5 cap-screws or bolts which have a minimum tensile strength of 120,000 psi.. Nylon insert nuts are not designed to be used at temperatures over 250° F. Shall be made from a low carbon steel that conforms to the following chemical composition: Carbon: 0.55% max.; Manganese: 0.30% min.; Phosphorous: 0.05% max.; Sulfur: 0.05% max.
