Returns
We stand behind every order we ship. If an item arrives incorrect or defective, we make it right — fully, and without hassle.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 15 days of the order date
- In original, unopened packaging
- In full original quantity
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. That fee is waived whenever the return results from our error — and in those cases we cover return shipping as well.
Refunds are processed within four weeks of your return shipping back, though most customers receive theirs sooner:
- 5–10 business days transit back to our facility
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize
To start a return, contact us with your order number and product details. We respond quickly and guide you through every step.
Domestic Shipping
The vast majority of our orders ship same day, and in-stock items placed online before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Your project timeline matter, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Your order ships from whichever Shorpioen wahouse serves you fastest, which means most domestic ordersarrive in one to three business days.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight, rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policy.
Orders over $300 ship free via UPS Ground to a 48 contiguous states on eligble items, up to 50 lbs. Heavier shipments are quoted at freight rates so you always get the most economical option.
LTL Freight
Larger, heavier, and over-sized orders ship LTL — Less Than Truckload. Freight is quoted FOB shipping point, from whichever Shorpioen warehouse stocks your material, at live carrier rates.
- Palletized and over-sized freight is quoted separately from our standard free shipping offer.
- Once your LTL order is placed, a Shorpioen rep confirms your liftgate, dock, or forklift needs so the carrier arrives ready.
- Partial releases are available when you need material moving before the full order is complete — freight quoted per shipment.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico freight quoted separately for these destinations.
- Inside delivery, appointment scheduling, call-ahead, residential, and limited-access service is available and quoted with your freight.
- Carrier rates move with the market, so freight is re-confirmed at time of shipment.
International Shipping
Shorpioen proudly serves customers across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond.
- Small parcels ship via UPS Ground directly to your international destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set and collected by the destination country, and are separate from your order total.
- Pallet and bulk orders are delivered to your freight forwarder in the United States, who then manages the international leg on your behalf.
Certain products are subject to export restrictions — our team will advise you on your specific order.
