Returns Policy

At Shorpioen LLC, we stand behind every order we ship. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will make it right — fully and without hassle.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 15 days of the order date
  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In full original quantity — no partial returns accepted

Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived only in cases where the return is the result of our error — in which case we also cover the return shipping costs entirely.

Once your return is on its way back to us, you can expect your refund processed within four weeks — though most customers receive theirs sooner. That window includes:

  • 5–10 business days for transit back to our facility
  • 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and product details. We respond quickly and guide you through every step.

Shipping

Domestic Orders placed online before 2:00 PM EST ship same day, Monday through Friday. That's the standard we hold ourselves to — because your project timelines matter.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies. Estimated delivery dates and shipping options will be presented at checkout.

International Orders Shorpioen proudly serves customers across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond. Here's how we ship internationally:

  • Small parcels: Shipped via UPS Ground directly to your international destination. Please be advised that the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any applicable charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by local authorities upon arrival.
  • Pallet & bulk orders: Delivered to your freight forwarder located in the United States — your forwarder then manages the international shipment on your behalf.

Please note that certain products may be subject to export restrictions. Our team will advise accordingly.
